exfoliant
Glycolic Acid (AHA)
글리콜산 · 甘醇酸
Also known as: AHA
What it actually does
A water-loving exfoliant that lifts away dull surface cells to reveal smoother, brighter skin underneath.
How to use it
Use PM only, 1–3 nights a week. Layer hydrating serums after. Always SPF the next day.
The science, in plain English
An alpha-hydroxy acid that loosens the bonds between dead surface cells so they shed more evenly.
Myth vs reality
Tingling is not proof it "works" — mild sting is okay, actual burning means dial the strength back.
